Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your prayers over the last couple of months. The Lord has really been blessing this “baby church” and continuing to open up many doors of opportunity in the area of Ursynów. We have been meeting in Ursynów since the second Sunday of March and have finished up most of the preliminary remodeling necessary. We are hoping that by the end of June it will be fully functional to where we can have a children’s class as well as a nursery area. Already our group of two families (consisting of five people) that we started with in our home has grown and we are regularly seeing ten or more Poles in the church services. For the past two Sundays we have had first time visitors, and the Lord has continued to allow us to make many new personal contacts.

This past weekend we had the privilege to host a ladies conference with guest speaker Judi Hines. Fellow missionaries from Siedlce, Poland, about an hour and a half East of Warsaw, joined with us allowing us to have 13 ladies present. It was a tremendous encouragement and challenge to all of the ladies and a great “first step” in forming a ladies’ ministry. Pastor Hines preached for us on Sunday morning, and we had our highest attendance to date with 14 Poles present. Please continue to pray with us that we would see a continuance of visitors, people accepting the Lord as their Savior, and young Christians being discipled.

We are also preparing for this fall when we will be putting up a sign on the street, as well as on our building as we prepare to do some large scale community outreaches and publicity campaigns. We would also like to do an initial mass mailing of up to 35,000 letters to the area of Ursynów. If you are looking for a special project and would like to help by contributing money toward the signs for the church or for our initial mass mailing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can continue to plan for the future. We are so thankful to be partners with you in ministry and excited about what God is doing here in the heart of Poland.
