Prayer Letter

September 2006

Dear Praying Friends,

The burdens of 60 years were etched into her face. Her stooped shoulders were testimony to the weight of a lifetime without hope. She sat silent and unresponsive during most of the day, eating lunch by herself and rarely looking anyone in the eye. She had accompanied her granddaughter to the national youth rally not realizing she would be the oldest young person saved that day.

At the invitation, she and a young man were wondrously saved! Over 30 dedicated their lives to being true disciples of Jesus Christ. Thank you so much for praying! I could tell you were holding me up before the throne of grace as I preached. Many of the lost teens there that day have continued to attend church and are actively seeking truth. Please continue to pray that the seeds sown will bring forth a harvest in Lithuania!

We leave for Portugal October 9th. Please continue to pray that God would provide the finances needed to move, that our apartment and car would sell quickly and that most of all, the Lord would be glorified through all of this transition.
