Dear Friends,
Our Lord’s last words
were, “…Ye shall be witnesses…” We handed out over 10,000 tracts
since we got back. One elderly man called after receiving a tract,
sharing his desire to learn more about the Word of God. I have been
having Bible studies with him in the King’s Gardens. We praise the
Lord for every opportunity we get to share His Word. He began coming
to the home Bible Studies, and the past couple of Sundays he came to
the services with a friend. At the end of the service he asked Jesus
to come into his heart, and Andrea’s name was written in the Lamb’s
Book of Life! Today, at the Bible study, he showed such a peace and
assurance of his salvation. He asked to be baptized in two weeks.
Praise the Lord for each soul God sends our way.
In May, James and
Cristina Sinde (our daughter and son in law) were recognized as
Short Term Missionaries to Greece to work with us. We are excited to
have them back in Greece. I believe that one of the dreams of a
missionary is to see his kids come back to the mission field to
serve the Lord. James Sinde is a fine young man, who has a burden
for Greece and shares the same passion for soul winning as I do. We
are looking forward to having them work with us. They will fly out
August 4th to Athens, in order to help with youth summer camps.
Please pray that the Lord will supply their needs as they come with
a three-year commitment. I pray that God will work through you
and your church to support this young couple that has dedicated
their lives to be witnesses to a lost and dieing nation for the
glory of God. Jesus said, “…Give and it shall be given unto you…”
Their immediate needs are $1550.00 for tickets.
Laboring Together Till Jesus Comes,
