The work in Athens is coming along in view of our absence. Please
pray for Mrs. Kiki, an Orthodox Theology Teacher, that she will
trust Christ for her salvation. For ten years my wife have
befriended her and even had Ladies’ meetings in her house. She has
attended a few of our special services, but in our absence and in an
effort to encourage her daughter in our absence, she began to go
with her faithfully to the Bible studies. She is asking a lot of
questions, she is a very intelligent lady, and Greeks seek after
wisdom, please pray that she will find the source of all wisdom,
Jesus Christ.
The Lord is keeping us safe on the road and from the deadly
tornadoes in our area. We have been able to report to several
churches and we have been blessed to see one young man surrender to
the Lord for full time ministry. We have been abundantly blessed
with great missions’ churches, and their love for missionaries has
been evident, which is an encouragement to us. We are praying to see
revival in our churches and that God will call young and old, men
and women, to His service.
Pray for me as I will be going to New York for further testing on my
eyes. Timothy is doing well in HS and he finally got his driver’s
license this month. The Lord provided him with a little Ford that
will get him around in Springfield to school and work. Cristina and
James continue to make plans for their wedding in June, while
attending Baptist Bible College and work. Poli and Jane are settled
in their home in Pittsburgh and they announced that they are about
to make us grandparents, praise the Lord, this will be our first
grandbaby and the first Dimakos great-grand-baby.
