Many thanks to all those who prayed for our first official church service on the 29th of March! While we had a total of about 45 people, many of those were members of other churches, who came simply to be an encouragement for this special event. Last Sunday, the 26th of April, we held our second service. Without the special visiting members from other churches that participated in our first service, we still had 30 people attend our second service! The majority of those present for the second service appear to very interested in being a part of this new work. It’s exciting to see how things are shaping up for this baby church! In both services, God was glorified in the prayer, the praise and the preaching. Praise the Lord for the work He is doing here in Val D’Europe!

As you may have noticed, for the moment we are meeting once a month at a local hotel conference room. Please continue to pray:

- for the coming services in May and June
- that we would be able to find a more permanent (and affordable!) location to
   have our services
- the global economic situation - affecting exchange rates and missionary support
   levels
- that God would bless the tract distribution - using the tracts to work in people’s
   hearts
- that God would give us wisdom and guidance
- that God would be glorified and souls would be saved
