VISAS
Praise the Lord after several
frustrating trips to the government office, we now have
our three month temporary visas. These were given to us
while they process our request for a more permanent
visa. We have an appointment on April 9th to go and get
our new visas. The question is, will they only be good
for one more year or will they grant us the privilege of
a ten-year residence visa? We are, of course, praying
for the latter, but will be glad to simply have our
papers stating that we are legal and able to stay to
continue ministering.
NEW NEWS
We have more good news to thank the
Lord for - our family is expecting the arrival of a new
little one this fall! As of this letter, Amy is 10 weeks
pregnant and though we did have a little scare with a
torn placenta a couple of weeks ago, everything (and
everyone!) is doing well now. We are looking forward to
the birth of this precious baby.
Speaking of
“babies” , the church plant here in Val d’Europe will be
one-year-old at the end of this month! Wow! Time sure
has flown by! Please continue to pray for the growth and
development of this baby church. Pray especially that
God would bless the leadership team here with unity,
love, grace, wisdom, strength and patience to do the
work He has called us all to do. Lastly, pray that many
Val d’’Europeans will be re-born in Christ as this
church strives to make His name known in this community.
Thanking you again for your faithful support and
prayers,
Lance, Amy, Kiranna, Aliyah & ????
